What's the difference between Starter and Growth?

On Starter you manage subscriptions and charges automatically but issue invoices manually. Growth adds automatic invoicing through your certified software (Moloni, PHC GO, InvoiceXpress, Cegid Jasmin, Cegid Vendus), advanced metrics (churn, cohorts, forecasting) and team management with up to 10 users.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

You pick a plan and keep using the platform. If you don't, the account is deactivated but your data is kept for 30 days so you can reactivate without losing anything.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want. The change is applied on the next billing cycle.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 30-day trial is free, with all features, and without needing a credit card.

Does the Starter plan have limits on customers or subscriptions?

No. All plans include unlimited subscriptions. The difference between plans is in the features, not in the volume.

What's included in support?

All plans include our built-in ticket system with direct access to our team. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding and an account manager.

Do I need the Enterprise plan to use the API?

Yes. Access to the full API, webhooks and the MCP server is only available on the Enterprise plan.

Can I manage several businesses in a single account?

Yes, but only on the Enterprise plan. Multi-business management lets you operate several businesses with independent billing in a single account.

How does Ermera's own billing work?

Ermera bills you monthly or annually, depending on the cycle you choose. You get a Portuguese invoice compliant with AT requirements.
